The spectrum shows the ankle at ~5x10^18 eV, a new instep break at ~1.3x10^19 eV, and strong suppression above ~5x10^19 eV where the spectral index steepens from 3.05 +/- 0.05 to 5.1 +/- 0.3; the flux is suppressed but remains nonzero beyond 10^20 eV.
